About Prime Empire
Prime Empire is based in Cairo, Egypt, and supplies printer consumables — including toner cartridges, toner powder, ink, drum units, and chips — to businesses, offices, and printing professionals across Egypt.
Orders and Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may be updated without prior notice. We aim to display accurate stock and pricing information, but errors can occasionally occur; if a listed price or availability is incorrect, we will contact you before processing your order.
Payment
We currently accept payment via InstaPay and cash on delivery. For InstaPay payments, please send proof of payment as instructed at checkout. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed or, for cash on delivery, once the order is placed.
Product Compatibility
Please check product descriptions carefully to confirm compatibility with your printer model before ordering. If you’re unsure, contact us via WhatsApp or email before placing your order and we’ll be happy to help.

Prime Empire is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through our website, including damage to printers resulting from improper installation or use of a product not suited to a given device.
