Who we are
Prime Empire sells printer consumables (toner, drums, chips and inks) online across Egypt. You can reach us on WhatsApp at 01274466651 or by email at empireprime99@gmail.com. We are open Saturday to Thursday and closed on Friday.
Compatible and original products
Most of our products are compatible parts. They are made to work in the printers listed on each product page, but they are not made by the printer’s manufacturer. A product is original only when its name says “Original”. Brand and model names such as HP, Canon or Ricoh are used only to show which printers a part fits. Prime Empire is not affiliated with these brands.
Choosing the right part
Each product page lists the printers it fits. Please check your printer model before you order, or use the printer finder. If you are not sure, send us your printer model on WhatsApp and we will tell you the right part. Page yields are estimates; the real number depends on what you print.
Prices
Prices are in Egyptian pounds. Shipping is added at checkout according to your governorate (see our Shipping Policy). Prices may change at any time; you pay the price shown when you placed your order. If a price is clearly wrong because of a mistake on the site, we contact you before shipping, and you can accept the correct price or cancel at no cost.
Orders
After you place an order you receive a confirmation email. We may call you or message you on WhatsApp to confirm the order and the address. If an item turns out to be out of stock, we tell you, and you can wait, choose another part, or cancel. Anything you paid is refunded in full.
Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay the courier when your order arrives, after you check it.
- InstaPay or mobile wallet: transfer to the number shown at checkout, then send the screenshot and your order number on WhatsApp to 01274466651. We ship once we have confirmed the payment.
We never ask for card details on this site.
Delivery
We deliver across Egypt with Bosta. Prices, delivery times and free shipping are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and exchanges
You can check your order before you pay and return it within 14 days. A defective part is exchanged if you tell us within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the mistake is ours: a wrong part, a part that arrived damaged, or a defective part. In that case we pay the shipping. Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order ships: message us on WhatsApp with your order number. After it ships, our Returns & Refunds policy applies.
Responsibility
We are responsible for the products we sell as described in these terms and in our Returns & Refunds policy. We are not responsible for damage caused by using a part in a printer it is not made for, by refilling it, or by misuse.
Law
These terms are governed by Egyptian law, including the Consumer Protection Law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you placed it.
