Use the Printer Finder on the home page — pick your brand, then your model, and it lists only the parts that fit. If your model is not there, send it to us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the exact part number before you order.
Cairo and Giza are usually next day. Other governorates take two to four working days. Shipping cost is confirmed with you on WhatsApp when we check stock, so there are no surprises at the door.
Yes. Cash on delivery is the default. You pay when the box is in your hands and you have checked it.
Twelve months on every part we sell. If it fails inside that window and it was used in a compatible machine, we replace it.
