Use the Printer Finder on the home page — pick your brand, then your model, and it lists only the parts that fit. If your model is not there, send it to us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the exact part number before you order.
Delivery takes 24 to 48 hours in Cairo and Giza, and two to four days in other governorates. Shipping is EGP 100 for Cairo and Giza, EGP 120 for Alexandria, the Delta and the Canal cities, EGP 150 for Upper Egypt and EGP 180 for remote governorates. Orders over EGP 5,000 ship free in Cairo and Giza. You see the exact cost at checkout.
Yes. Cash on delivery is the default. You can open the package in front of the courier and check that the part matches your order, then pay. Please do not install it or open the toner’s sealed bag before paying.
Try it as soon as it arrives. If it is defective, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it at our cost, as long as it was used in the printer it is made for.
Yes, and at better rates. Send your list through the quote request form and we come back with pricing for the whole order.
