Free shipping
Orders over EGP 5,000 ship free in Cairo and Giza.
Delivery times
- Cairo and Giza: 24 to 48 hours.
- Other governorates: two to four days.
We prepare orders Saturday to Thursday and are closed on Friday. Orders paid by InstaPay or mobile wallet ship once we have confirmed the payment.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email you a Bosta tracking link. You can also ask us about your order on WhatsApp.
Checking your order at the door
You can open the package in front of the courier and check that the part matches your order before you pay. If it is the wrong part or it arrived damaged, refuse the delivery and you pay nothing. Please do not open the toner’s sealed bag before paying.
Return shipping
If you return an order, the return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the mistake is ours: a wrong part, a part that arrived damaged, or a defective part. In that case we pay the shipping. The details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
