Prime Empire is a young Egyptian company. We are starting with printer consumables because it is a market where buyers get burned constantly — the wrong part, a yield that quits at half the promise, a chip the printer refuses — and because getting that right is a promise we can keep from day one.
Consumables are the first shelf, not the last. As we grow the catalogue grows with us: paper, stationery, office equipment — everything a working desk in Egypt runs on, added only when we can stand behind it the way we stand behind a cartridge.
Where this is going is an Egyptian marketplace with the range people currently go abroad to find, run by people who answer the phone here. That is a long road and we are at the start of it. The first step is getting your printer the part it actually needs.

We run what we stock on real machines before it goes in the catalogue. Anything that streaks, leaks or scores does not get listed.
We quote the real part number
No equivalent guesswork. If your model is not on the compatibility list we say so and source the right one, rather than sell you the near miss.
We answer before you pay
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp with a human who checks stock and delivery first. You pay when the box is in your hands.
Make a printer the least interesting thing in your office.
No one should think about toner. It should arrive before it runs out, fit the first time, and print to the last page it promised. We are starting there because it is the hardest thing in this market to get right — and because every shelf we add after it has to meet the same standard.
