If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Consumable printer supplies such as toner, ink, and drum units can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened and unused, within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used consumables cannot be returned unless they are defective, for hygiene and quality reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Approved refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the order (InstaPay, or a cash-on-delivery adjustment) within 5\u20137 business days. Delivery charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
